Cheese and spinach tortellinis salad
- 1 pack of 700g of tortellinis 3 cheese
- 1 pack of 250g of Savoura cocktail tomatoes
- 85 ml (1/3 cup) of italian herbs vinaigrette
- 115g (1/4 lb) of blue cheese
- 250 ml (1 cup) of spinaches
1. In a saucepan of boiling salty water, cook the pastas 8 minutes. Strain and leave to cool.
2. Cut tomatoes in four.
3. Once cooled pastas, put them in a salad bowl. Mix pastas with the vinaigrette.
4. Add crumbled cheese, tomatoes and spinaches.
5. Remove to coat. |
